We aim to dispatch all goods within 1-2 working days of receiving your order, all orders will be sent to the address provided using Royal Mail 2nd Class (Standard) or Royal Mail 1st Class (Express) please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive.
UK Deliveries
Deliveries under 1.8kg are £3.50. 1.81kg and above are £4.50 and above 10kg are £5.50.
FREE DELIVERY when you spend £75 or more.
Click & Collect
We offer a click & collect service for those close by to our warehouse. We are right on the East Coast about a five minute walk from the beach. Why not bring your horse (or dog!) for a mooch and pick up your products on the way home? We have someone in house from 8am until 5pm every day, but we will pop you an email to let you know when your product is ready for collection.
Returns
We hope you will be pleased with your order, but if you are not we are happy to refund or exchange items. All we ask is that you return them in original packaging and unopened/unused with all original labels. Please return within 14 days, if you would like to discuss your order further please email or telephone us quoting your order number.
