Mac - Owned by Gladys
Mac a 12 year old Cairn Terrier owned by Gladys.
Mac is a fairly laid back but has always been terrified by fireworks. If fireworks are going off he can't sleep, and will sit shaking near to whoever is at home. He whines and barks - jumping at every "bang". Unfortunately as Mac’s owner Gladys lives in the centre of a village, next to the local pub, this had become a major problem for around a week every Fireworks Night and Christmas / New Year.
Gladys decided to try Calm and an immediate change was seen. Says Gladys "he has the Calm with his dinner and he'll chill out on the sofa for the rest of the evening. Although he’s still aware and usually looks around when the noises are heard, he will now just look as if to ask why they are making that noise before going back to sleep"
